We use information about you in many ways, including the services that you have requested, offering you personalised experiences and informing you about special events or exciting news. We might also use your information we have to contact you about any information we might need to process your orders or queries
Please be aware, we will keep your information for 5 years after your last purchase. You can always request the information we have for you at all times. Please request through email and it may take up to five working days to process.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise that require you to seek returns or refunds. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our returns policy, which applies to all our products and services, including meditations, affirmations, women's circles, coaching and e-books.
1. Returns and Refund Policies
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products on our website. Due to the nature of the digital files, these cannot be returned. Once you have registered and paid for any products, we are unable to provide refunds. If you are unable to attend a coaching session or women's circles, you will be able to transfer to another session, if spaces are available.

3. Exceptions
In the event of a cancellation on our end or a defective product, you will be able to receive a new product only. These again will be transfer only. We do our best to address and resolve legitimate concerns on a case by case basis
